什么情况下需要到外汇局备案
从事外贸的企业需要具有进出口的权限及在外汇管理局备案。也就是说必须先去商务部门备案登记，然后再去外汇局办理备案。从事外贸的企业还需要针对平时收到的外汇款项去外汇局做外汇核销手续。
